Our Story

EnvisioningHer Excel Institute (EEI) was birthed from a divine moment of instruction.
In 2014, I received a clear word from God: “Arise.”
That word did not come once—it came with multiple confirmations, echoed through prayer, scripture, teachings, and divine alignments. Again and again, God spoke about arising, positioning, and preparing women to stand fully in who they were called to be.
Yet the instruction was not rushed.
What followed was a season—years—of formation. God did not simply call me to start a women’s ministry; He called me to become the kind of leader who could steward it well. I began the work inwardly—refining my identity, strengthening my discipline, deepening my faith, and building the internal infrastructure required to sustain influence, leadership, and growth.
Over time, the pillars became clear. What God was building in me, He intended to build through me—for other women.
EnvisioningHer Excel Institute exists to help women do the same work:
to arise with clarity, to lead from alignment, and to walk in excellence without fragmentation or apology.
This is not a movement born from trend or ambition.
It is the result of obedience, preparation, and years of refinement.
We don’t call women to rise prematurely.
We prepare them to arise—and remain standing.
